Mr. Brown, 44, is chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of the Company and one of its founders.  Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career specializing in systems work for the financial services industry.  Mr. Brown has 20 years of industry experience and has been a director of the Company since 1999.
