Daniel W. Stanton

Mr. Stanton, 53, has been a director of the Company since 2006.  Mr. Stanton is a founding principal of Samson Capital Advisors LLC, a fixed-income investment manager for affluent families, foundations, endowments and corporations.  Prior to founding Samson Capital Advisors, Mr. Stanton was a general partner and managing director of Goldman Sachs & Co.  He joined Goldman Sachs in 1981 and was elected partner in 1994.  During his tenure Mr. Stanton managed the firm’s global Private Wealth Management business; founded and managed Global Securities Services, a prime brokerage and securities lending business for hedge funds; and served as the head of Institutional Sales for the United States. Mr. Stanton also is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida.
