John C. Yackel

With over 15 years of experience in helping financial advisors and institutions meet their outsourcing needs and grow their businesses, John Yackel is responsible for directing Fortigent’s business development strategies and developing new relationships with advisors and institutions who service ultra high net worth clients.

John joins Fortigent from SEI, where he spent 15 years serving in various leadership roles for marketing, relationship management, business development, and sales management. During his tenure, John was instrumental in the establishment of the Community Bank Division where he was responsible for developing new outsourcing relationships with the country's most progressive institutions. He then moved on to the Money Manager Division and was responsible for the strategy and development of strategic outsourcing relationships representing proprietary accounting, administrative services, compliance, and distribution solutions. Most recently, John worked within the Advisor Network where he held two significant positions, including Mid West Advisor Business Manager and Director of Sales.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bucknell University. He also holds the NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.
