Andrew Putterman
CEOWith over 25 years of experience managing corporate operations and financial matters, Mr. Putterman ensures that Fortigent consistently delivers the highest level of service and quality to its clients. His primary focus is on strategic planning, corporate culture, growth, and new services.
Mr. Putterman was President of Lydian Wealth Management (LWM) from 1996 to 2006. LWM was a Register Investment Advisor specializing in wealth management solutions for primarily the ultra high-net worth community. With over $8 billion of assets under advisement and an average client size of over $47 million, LWM was sold to CitiNational Bank in 2007 to enhance the banks wealth management practice.
Mr. Putterman also served as Senior Vice President of the Sigal Companies, a real estate development and construction company based in Washington, D.C. From 1981 through 1986 he was employed as a public accountant, most notably for the firm of Laventhal & Horwath, CPAs.
Mr. Putterman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. He also obtained specialized taxation expertise from Georgetown University's Masters in Taxation program.
