David Littleton, J.D., CPA

CFO and Senior Managing Director

David Littleton is Fortigent's Chief Financial Officer.  He also manages Portfolio Accounting and Reporting as well as Proprietary Fund Operations and Compliance.

Before joining Fortigent, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Nylon Capital LLP, a UK-based manager of a large fixed income hedge fund backed by Barclays Bank PLC.  Prior to Nylon Capital, David was a member of the Senior Management of The Away Network, a Washington-based start-up venture that was successfully sold to Cendant Corporation in January of 2005.  He also practiced law with the Los Angeles and Washington offices of Hogan & Hartson LLP, and accounting with Ernst & Young LLP.

David earned a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, a Master of Sciences – Taxation Degree from Georgetown University, and a Juris Doctor (with Honors) from the University of Maryland School of Law.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of several State Bars.
