David Littleton, J.D., CPA

David Littleton manages Fortigent’s Operations Group, oversees the administration of Fortigent’s proprietary hedge funds, and contributes to corporate strategic planning. He is a member of the Investment Committee, Product Development Committee, and Investment Quality Assurance Committee.

Before joining Fortigent, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Nylon Capital LLP, a UK-based manager of a large fixed income hedge fund backed by Barclays Bank PLC. Prior to Nylon Capital, David was a member of the Senior Management of The Away Network, a Washington-based start-up venture that was successfully sold to Cendant Corporation in January of 2005. He also practiced law with the Los Angeles and Washington offices of Hogan & Hartson LLP, and accounting with Ernst & Young LLP. David earned a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, a Master of Sciences – Taxation Degree from Georgetown University, and a Juris Doctor (with Honors) from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of several State Bars.
