Dan Trosch, CFA
Director, Equity InvestmentsDan Trosch is a Director of Equity Investments, with the primary responsibility for researching, selecting, and monitoring traditional (long-only) equity investment managers. He is also involved in the asset allocation and portfolio construction processes, and is a member of the Investment Committee and Investment Quality Assurance Committee.
Prior to joining Fortigent, Mr. Trosch was the Director of Equity Research at West Financial Services, an investment management firm. While at West, Mr. Trosch performed manager searches, industry analysis, and fundamental stock reviews and valuations. Prior to West Financial, he worked at Foliofn, The Todd Organization, and Northwestern Mutual Life.
Mr. Trosch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, where he focused in finance, investments, and banking. He also earned an MBA from Georgetown University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as well as the NASD Series 65 license.
